While it is preferable to apply for admission prior to the beginning of the academic year, applications will be considered on an individual basis throughout the year. Students transferring to Holy Name High School from a school other than a local, diocesan elementary school, must submit the following: transcripts, behavior and attendance reports, standardized test scores, and immunization records with the application for admission. All incoming freshman must schedule to take a placement test. Holy Name High School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, racial or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, scholarship or loan programs, or in other school administered programs.
